一、申办材料 Application Materials
一、填写申请表。
二、申请人要求加入中国国籍的书面申请，申请加入中国国籍的，要在申请书内注明自愿放弃原国籍字样。
三、申请加入中国国籍的提交
（一）外国护照或旅行证件；
（二）外国人永久居留证；
（三）定居身份确认表；
（四）加入中国国籍的，如父母双方或一方为中国公民所生的子女，还需提供本人出生时即具有外国国籍的相关证明。
四、其他需提供的材料（由内勤民警提供书面清单）。
特别提示：申办的证件材料必须当场提供原件，需要本人保留原件的证件材料，必须在提供原件的同时提供证件材料的完整的复印件（A4纸）。
(Ⅰ) Fill in the application form;
(Ⅱ) Written application of the applicant for naturalization of Chinese nationality; For any applicant applying for naturalization of Chinese nationality, please indicate the words “renounce the original nationality voluntarily” in the application form;
(Ⅲ) For application for naturalization of Chinese nationality, please submit the following materials:
1. Foreign passport or travel document;
2. Foreigner’s permanent residence card;
3. Present status-of-residence identification form;
4. For any applicant who applies to naturalize his/her Chinese nationality, if either or both of his/her parents are the biological children of a Chinese citizen, he/she shall provide evidence to prove that the applicant was born with a foreign nationality;
(Ⅳ) Other materials to be provided (the detailed list is provided by back-office police).
Tips: for all the certificates involved, their originals shall be provided on the spot; for the certificates whose originals need to be kept by the applicant him/herself, their complete copies shall be provided together with the originals (A4 paper).
二、办理流程 Procedure
由申请人到市出入境管理局申请，审批通过后到户口地派出所办理。
The application shall be submitted by the applicant to Dalian Exit-Entry Administration, and after approval the applicant shall go through relevant procedure in local police station in the place where his/her household is registered.
三、办理时限 Time Limit
符合规定，申请手续真实、齐全，派出所当场办理完结。
In the case that the application conforms to relevant regulations and all the application materials are authentic and complete, the police station shall finish the procedure on the spot.
